• 1 can (10.5 oz) 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup (Campbell’s Healthy Request)
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (Gold Medal)
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil cooking spray (Pam)
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
