Baked Apple Pie Rice Paper Rolls Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray.
  • If using homemade apple pie filling, ensure it is sugar-free and low in points. Otherwise, use a store-bought sugar-free apple pie filling.
  • Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one sheet of rice paper into the water for about 5 seconds, or until it becomes pliable but not too soft.
  • Place the softened rice paper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the apple pie filling onto the center of the rice paper.
  • Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly like a burrito. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and apple pie filling.
