While baking, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped turkey bacon, onion, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Once crispy crowns are ready, arrange them on a plate in a loose mound.

Spoon the beef-bacon mixture over the top.

Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the stack.
