Apple Cinnamon Swirl Loaf Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  • In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of the sugar substitute with the ground cinnamon.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, remaining 1/2 cup sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the light butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  • Gently fold in the diced apples.

  • Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

  • Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.

  • Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  • Use a knife to swirl the top layer lightly.

  • Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
