Amish Cinnamon Bread Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F using a conventional oven.

  • Grease two standard 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.

  • In a large bowl, mix applesauce and sweetener until smooth.

  • Add eggs and whisk until fully incorporated.

  • Add fat-free milk and mix evenly.

  • Add flour and baking soda; mix until batter is smooth and pourable.

  • In a separate bowl, mix sweetener and cinnamon.

  • Pour half of the batter evenly into both loaf pans.
