Air Fryer Poached Eggs Directions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 3 minutes.

  • Pour 3 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.

  • Gently crack an egg into each ramekin.

  • Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket or tray.

  • Cook for 5–7 minutes, depending on desired yolk consistency.

  • Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer.

  • Use a rubber spatula to gently release the eggs from the ramekins.

  • Transfer the poached eggs to a plate or toast.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
