Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops.
Scatter the light butter pieces evenly over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the lid and let rest for 5 minutes in the sauce before serving.
