5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 10x15-inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ½ cup ketchup, and onion soup mix. Mix gently for 1 minute until evenly incorporated without compacting the meat.
Form the mixture into a loaf approximately 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. Place it centered on the prepared sheet pan.
Spread the remaining ¼ cup ketchup evenly over the top surface.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) in the center.
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Cut into 8 equal slices, each approximately 1-inch thick.
