5-Ingredient Poor Man’s Radiatori Bake Directions:
Spray the inside of a 4–6 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned, then drain excess fat.
Pour marinara sauce into the slow cooker and stir in water until fully combined.
Add cooked sausage and dry radiatori pasta, stirring to evenly coat and submerge pasta.
Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella evenly over the top without stirring.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3.5 hours or HIGH for 1 hour 45 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce is thick.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella over the top.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 12 minutes until cheese is fully melted and lightly golden.
Turn off heat and rest with lid slightly open for 8 minutes before serving.
Serve in bowls, scooping from bottom to include pasta, sausage, and melted cheese.
