Place the raw ground turkey in the bottom of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker and break it into large chunks.
Scatter the chopped onion evenly over the turkey.
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar free barbecue sauce and Swerve Brown Sweetener until fully combined.
Pour both cans of baked beans including all sauce over the turkey and onions.
Pour the barbecue sauce mixture evenly over the top.
Gently press the sauce down into the beans without fully stirring.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours until the turkey reaches 165°F internal temperature.
At the halfway point break up any large turkey pieces and gently stir to combine.
If needed cook uncovered on HIGH for 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Serve hot.
