4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Weekend Ribs Directions:
Place the ribs meat-side up on a cutting board.
Remove the thin membrane from the bone side if desired.
Fold the rack into a loose C shape so it fits inside a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
Place the ribs in the slow cooker, bones down if possible.
In a small bowl, stir together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the sauce evenly over the ribs.
Spread the sauce over the exposed meat with the back of a spoon or a silicone brush.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3 ½ to 4 hours, until the ribs are tender.
Carefully transfer the ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet.
Brush the top with a little sauce from the slow cooker.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until the surface is bubbling and lightly caramelized.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice between the bones and serve warm.
