4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Cabbage Directions:

• Core the cabbage and roughly chop it into large bite-size pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
• Add the chopped cabbage to the bottom of a 4–6 quart slow cooker. Scatter the sliced onion evenly over the cabbage.
• Arrange the sliced turkey kielbasa on top of the vegetables in a single layer.
• Pour the chicken broth evenly over the contents. Press down gently with a spoon to help the cabbage settle.
• Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours until the cabbage is very tender and the kielbasa is fully heated.
• Stir once halfway through cooking if available.
• Stir well before serving to evenly distribute the sausage and vegetables. Serve hot.
