4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Holiday Manicotti Directions:

Lightly coat the inside of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Spread about ½ cup marinara sauce over the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cooked ground turkey with ¼ cup marinara sauce to make a moist meat filling.
Spoon the meat mixture into a large zip-top bag, push it into one corner, and snip off the tip.
Pipe the meat filling into each dry manicotti tube, filling from both ends until full but not bursting.
Arrange the filled manicotti in a single snug layer over the sauce in the slow cooker.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the manicotti, making sure all pasta is covered.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 ½ to 4 ½ hours, until the manicotti are tender and the sauce is bubbling around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top.
Cover again and cook on LOW for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly bubbly.
Turn the slow cooker to WARM and let the manicotti rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve hot from the slow cooker with sauce spooned over each portion.
If desired, sprinkle a very small amount of chopped fresh parsley over the manicotti just before serving for a simple green garnish.
