4-Ingredient Sausage Cheese Dip Directions:

Cook the turkey sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned and no pink remains. Drain completely.
Lightly coat the inside of a 3-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray. Add the Velveeta cubes and fat free cream cheese.
Spoon the cooked sausage evenly over the cheese mixture. Pour the entire can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, including liquid, over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until fully melted and smooth.
Stir thoroughly to combine and switch to WARM for serving.
Serve hot; each serving is 1/2 cup (4 oz). Makes 8 servings.
