4-Ingredient French Dip Crescent Pockets Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with nonstick spray.
Prepare the au jus by mixing the condensed consommé with an equal amount of water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat, then keep warm.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles, placing them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
Place one half slice of Swiss cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
Add 1.5 to 2 tbsp roast beef on top of the cheese on each piece.
Roll each crescent from the wide end toward the tip, gently tucking the sides to keep the filling enclosed.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and shape slightly into a crescent.
Bake for 11–14 minutes until puffed and deep golden brown.
Keep the au jus warm over very low heat while baking.
Remove from oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with au jus in small bowls for dipping.
