4-Ingredient Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Braid Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with nonstick spray.
Unroll the crescent dough sheet onto the prepared baking sheet and position it with a long side facing you. If using perforated dough, firmly press seams together to form one solid rectangle.
Using a sharp knife, cut 8–10 diagonal 1-inch-wide strips down both long sides, leaving a 3-inch-wide center section uncut.
Spread the shredded chicken evenly down the center section, leaving 1 inch at the top and bottom edges.
Layer the ham slices evenly over the chicken within the center section.
Place the Swiss cheese slices over the ham, keeping the filling inside the center strip.
Fold the top and bottom edges slightly over the filling to seal.
Starting at one end, fold one strip from the right side diagonally over the filling, then alternate with a strip from the left side, continuing down to form a braid.
Gently tuck in loose ends so the filling is mostly enclosed.
Bake for 20 minutes until the dough is puffed and deep golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice into 6 equal pieces, each approximately 2 inches wide from the full braid.
