4-Ingredient Brown Sugar Pork Ribs Directions:
Pat ribs dry and trim only very thick fat, leaving some for flavor.
Whisk brown sugar, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl until smooth and glossy.
Arrange ribs in a 5–6 quart slow cooker in one or two layers.
Pour sauce evenly over ribs and turn to coat thoroughly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until meat is very tender and pulling from the bone.
Carefully transfer ribs to a plate.
Pour cooking liquid into a saucepan, skim excess fat, and simmer 10 minutes until thickened and glossy.
Return ribs to slow cooker or place on a foil-lined baking sheet and coat with thickened glaze.
Broil 4 minutes until edges caramelize slightly or rest in warm slow cooker 10 minutes.
Serve hot with extra glaze spooned over.
