3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Directions:

Lightly coat a 4–6 quart slow cooker insert with nonstick spray.
Place chicken breasts in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spread the 98% fat free condensed soup evenly over the chicken.
Cut cream cheese into cubes and distribute evenly over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F and chicken shreds easily.
Turn slow cooker to WARM.
Shred chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
Stir thoroughly until smooth and fully combined.
Serve hot.
