3-Ingredient Golden Ale Pork Tenderloin Directions:
Pat the pork tenderloins dry and place them in the bottom of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the top, then pour the golden ale around the meat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours, or until the pork reaches 145°F in the thickest part.
Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes. Spoon a little of the hot cooking liquid over the top while it rests.
Slice the pork into 16 medallions. Serve 2 medallions with 2 tbsp cooking juices per portion.
