3-Ingredient Garlic Butter Mushrooms Directions:

  • Clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel or soft brush. Trim only the dry ends of the stems and keep mushrooms whole.

  • Place the mushrooms in an even layer in a 4-quart slow cooker.

  • Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the mushrooms.

  • Distribute the butter pieces over the mushrooms, spacing them evenly so they melt gradually.

  • If using, sprinkle salt and black pepper lightly over the top.

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours or HIGH for 1.5 hours.

  • At the halfway point, gently stir once to evenly coat the mushrooms with the garlic butter and released juices.

  • If using, sprinkle chopped parsley over the mushrooms during the final 5 minutes of cooking.
