3-Ingredient Beef Stew Noodles Directions:

Add beef stew meat to the bottom of a 5–6 quart slow cooker.
Pour canned beef stew with all liquid, potatoes, and carrots over the meat and spread evenly.
Stir lightly to tuck meat into the gravy.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours until beef is tender.
If needed, add 1/4 cup hot water to adjust consistency.
Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water for 6 to 8 minutes until tender, then drain well.
Turn slow cooker to LOW and add cooked noodles.
Fold gently until noodles are fully coated with gravy and evenly combined.
Let sit covered for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Serve as 6 portions (each about 1 1/4 cups).
