Place halved potatoes cut side up in the slow cooker.
Pour balsamic vinegar evenly over the potatoes.

Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours until fork tender.
Stir gently to coat potatoes in the glaze.
Cook uncovered on HIGH for 20 minutes until thick and glossy.
Transfer to a serving dish and spoon glaze over the top.
