Spray a 4–6 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Place pork chops in a single layer on the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with cream of chicken soup until fully combined.
Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the pork chops, covering completely.
Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours until pork is tender.
