WW-Friendly Caramel Apples Directions:

  • Slice each apple in half and carefully scoop out the core and some flesh to create a “bowl” for the caramel, making sure not to go all the way through to the bottom.
  • Place the hollowed-out apple halves into a muffin tin for stabilization.
  • Pour about 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free caramel sauce into each apple half. Optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top for added flavor.
  • Place the muffin tin in the fridge and let the caramel set for about 20-30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Once the caramel has hardened, carefully slice each apple half into wedges and serve.
